Its been donkey years since i last login to dis account. The main reason had to be preparing for the A Level exams and also cos i was quite lazy to do so due to exam stress. Today is already 27th November 2006, 12 days after the my last A Level Paper.
After A Level, 1st thing i did was bowling at Westwood Bowl wif hongliang which caused my thumb to get injured. This resulted in my pathetic performance at the AIA National Championships. Not only was my thumb hurt, my middle finger was also sprained and my spin now is as slow as she na's lol. Moreover, laying off bowling for so long also affect my timing on top of my injuries, thus i cannot produce good shots on the lanes now. I hope my poor form will end soon as this is not the time to b in a slump. My hand needs to recover as soon as possible so tt i can get back to my intensive training. One thing i muz not forget to mention is that i muz congratulate my shifu, David Wong, for being the National Champion for 2006. This is his 1st win in his 8 yrs of bowling and i really feel happy for him as his hardwork finally paid off.
Besides bowling at the Nationals, my life revolves around movies and mahjong. This is like the 1st night after my A's that i am home before 12 as i hope i can rest early before Youth Challenge starts tmr. My hand is still injured and i really hope it will not affect my performance like Nationals. I have not qualified for Nationals for the third yr in a row and i betta do something to break the curse. I really nid to get back my bowling form as i have Milo Junior All Stars and Penang Pesta coming up in December.
Oh ya... Stefanie Sun is the special guest for the opening ceremony of VivoCity on 1st Dec. For people who spend $300 in a day thr can claim a pair of tickets to her mini concert at 930pm on 1st Dec. I went thr yest wif david wanting to shop for grad nite stuff, but we didn't managed to get anything. Damn sian la, i wanna go the concert and i heard the tickets r gonna b taken up very soon. I tik tmr i shall head down thr to try get some stuff haha.

Fear
I have been real lazy to log on blogger to post an entry. Time jus passed very quickly and today it is already the 18th. 2nd November is like how near................
The past few days hav juz been studying or tuition or else i will b slackin at home. Home is really NOT a conducive environment for studying. I have been doing a lot of maths, abit of econs and my physics is really way off. Seriously, i nid to buck up on physics after not having physics tuition the whole of last wk. Let me do a recap of wat i did last wk which other den studying:
Last Thurs was farewell assembly for the JC2s. For the 1st time this entire yr, my class was posted to sit on the 2nd lvl of the CC. The view from thr is juz different and the farewell assembly was jus not interesting, probably due to the fact tt A's is so near and i dun hav to mood to enjoy the last meeting at the CC. After the farewell assembly, it was the normal routine of taking photos wif classmates as well as bowlers. After tt, went to study a while b4 i went to help the JC1s paint the open hse banner outside the AVA. As i had no mood to study after thr, i went to tong's hse for a game of mj wif aloy and leonard, whr i lost $15.
SAJC open hse for recruiting JC1s next yr was held on Saturday. I juz feel tt the sch is quite empty in the morning but the crowd starts coming in from noon onwards. It was VJC and ACJC open hse as well and i guess ppl went to other JCs in the morning 1st b4 coming to SAJC. About 20 ppl signed up at the bowling booth and quite a few ppl entertained themselves at the coconut bowling game created by Mr Stick Insect haha. I really deserve to die as i went to play mj at tong's hse again wif gerald, leonard, hl, vincent n kevin, ending wif a $10 combined win wif leonard.
After studying in sch on Monday, i went to PS wif vic to eat and i bot 2 vcds (Cinderella Story and She's the Man) to watch when i m bored of studying. These 2 shows recommended by "Aiyo i tell u ah" is really good.
Yest nite was league at victor's as usual, i went down to bowl a few games though i nv bowled league. Something damn funny happened at the conference rm haha. Yes leonard, u r the joke again. Ok the thing is this, i was eating cup noodles den leonard walk into the rm and asked "can i hav a bit", so he grabbed on to the fork and start to eat. Just as he was eating, hongliang said "leonard, after u eat den u spit inside the noodle". Almost immediately, leonard luff and choked into the cup noodles. Leonard ah leonard, dun wan let me eat juz say lo, muz b ur brother ask u do tt 1 haizz. After tt, got forced to go play dota which is like unknown to me and i m got so bored getting owned in the game lol.
I m supposed to go sch for the 2nd day of GP remedial workshop but i woke up late and slacked until now. In 2 hrs time, i will b having maths tuition at david's hse.... Life is so boring.
On a very sad note other den A's, i recived my enlistment letter and i will b officially b a slave to the nation for 2 yrs starting from 26th Jan 2007. Why carn i enlist in april? By enlisting on tt day, it means tt i will spend my bday in tekong which is really shitty and i juz cannot stop complaining. This is seriously super ultra sian..........

SO HAPPY......
It has been long since i last blogged, i shall do a review of my past few days agenda:
Friday was a slack day for me as i kicked off the day by playing mahjong at jeremy's hse haha. I was winning $$$ 1 la until the last game whr i "bao" jeremy "Da San Yuan" causing me to lose $15 in the end, i really didn't expect him to want the tile tt i throw la, so dumb. After tt, david, jeremy, leonard and i went to bowl at seletar with steph as well. After tt, david, leonard and me went down to town to meet vic for dinner b4 going to gerald's hse to play mj AGAIN, i really feel so guilty for playing mj la. After eating pasta mania, we walked to his hse and stayed thr all the way till 6am haha. Duno wat's wrong wif me tt i threw for gerald to game a "Xiao San Yuan" this time. I was also going for a big game tts y i dare to throw it. I like cursed on tt day la, so stupid haha.
Saturday was supposed to b a studying day at seletar whr i planned to meet leonard at 12pm for lunch 1st. However, both of us woke up at 1230pm and we had to call off our plan haha. Instead, i met vic at SRC to study for like an hour plus around 5 plus b4 proceeding down to PS for a movie. It was the "World Trade Centre" tt we r watching and it was quite a boring movie as the show only concentrated on the true story of 2 survivors from the Sept 11 attack.
Sunday was a much more productive day for studying as i had a 3 hrs physics tuition starting from 1pm. After tt, went to bowl at victors ard nite time as i nid to practice for my CATS test which is on tuesday.
Moving on to Monday where i attended a GP 1 day course which lasted for 6 hrs. It has been long since i attended a lecture and i didn't really find it tt useful. My whole day was taken up cos of it and i really feel very stressful tt my revision is not on track. Haizz
Today was a lecture day in school and i onli had 1 lesson which is econs from 1015 to 1215. My mum forgotten to wake me up in the morning thus i decided to reach school ard 10, juz b4 the lecture. When i reached the school gate, I was hauled by some malay school attendant and she immediately said to me in a harsh tone, "Late comer rite, NO WAY will i let u in". I noe she is not supposed to but she nid not use such a tone to tok to me. I had no choice but to call my civics tutor to come and bring me in. It was den i realised most of my classmates oso juz arrived at school and my civics tutor is damn angry wif all of us. Econs was rather productive as we did case study and drq. After school, i had to get to SICC for my CATS test. It was a test to gauge a bowler's skills in accuracy, ball speed, etc. I failed this test last yr but was handpicked into this yr National Youth Sqd. Thus, i was very nervous b4 the test. BUTTT.... I managed to PASS it this time rd. I am seriously so happy and i feel so proud of myself. I haven been training hard like the past but i still can pass. Its like WOW. SO HAPPY! haha. After tt, i stayed back to play mj wif aloy, eugene, gerald and lenny. I won $45 in the end and it was the 1st time after so long since i won when i play wif aloy haha. It was like a double happiness today la.
But, most imptly, A's is really reaching in 23 days and i really nid to b real focused to achieve gd results so as to get into a good local uni. STUDY STUDY STUDY.......

逃亡
Past few days r juz like any normal boring studying days, i took a break on tuesday when i played mahjong at jeremy hse wif kevin and david which earned me $25 haha. I am starting to win again, after losing like mad whenever playing wif Mr. Aloysius Goh. Please get it clear tt i m not trying to say tt he is good, its just tt he seems like a curse to me, pulling me down during doubles events in bowling and causing me to lose money whenever i play mahjong with him. This is too much of a coincidence and it is hard for me not to blame him lol. Then on the same night, i had league at victor's when my team bowled wif a blind score yet again and lose 5-15 in the end. This league my team has totally no hope already and i also dun realy care abt it.
After skipping sch on tuesday and wednesday, i finally attended school today. There is assembly in school and it was abt sexual issues. I guess this is a sensitive topic and the guy giving the talk dun seem to feel shy abt the things he say. He said things like masturbation, abortion, STDs, etc. He showed us pictures of STDs and it was really gross and thus i shall not go into detail. Although i went school, i nv attended any lesson as i stayed in the library to study. As i slept at 2am last night after spending 2 hrs on a stefanie sun essay which i will tok abt lata, i could hardly concentrate today and kept yawning. Moreover, i had tuition at night and it was not effective as i m just too tired.
OK... now i shall tok abt the stefanie sun essay which i wrote last nite. It was a contest on yanziunlimited forum where u nid to write an essay/story revolving around yanzi and u hav to include 13 keywords in ur final product and the winner will walk away witgh some stuff autographed by yanzi. I wrote the whole essay in chinese and i am quite happy tt after not touching chinese for so long, i could still write a reasonably well essay. i shall not say more abt it and i shall post it up and leave it for u ppl to comment. The words in red are those keywords i have to include.

续2002年的Start演唱会后，燕姿终于在今年的一月份再次回到新加坡室内体育馆为歌迷们载歌载舞。当晚尖叫得最疯狂的就是“YanziUnlimited Fanclub” 的人了，把演唱会的气氛搞得十分高潮。大家都可以看出燕姿现场的唱功进步了不少，除了用她那感人的唱腔打动我们之外，她也呈现了一段段优美的舞蹈让我们看了都拍案叫绝。她还特别邀请了著名乐团F.I.R 以及好友蔡建雅来助阵，让大家都度过了完美的一个夜晚。演唱会过后，我想许多歌迷们都要跟燕姿说：“Tonight I feel close to you and thank you for all that you have done for us.”
所谓“天下无不散之宴席”，就在今年的九月份，燕姿与EMI Capitol 签下了合同，并且结束了她在华纳音乐度过的美好六年。为了要记载她这六年来的光辉，华纳音乐为她推出了一张精选集，收入她过去首首动听的歌曲。不知哪来的第六感告诉我说燕姿与新公司的第一张专辑一定会大卖，主打歌会成为顶尖金曲。要是如此的话，我想燕姿的歌迷们都会和我一样，为她感到十分高兴与骄傲。因为我们都是同类，只要燕姿快乐，我们也会感到安慰的。

32 more days to A Level
Woke up today feeling a bit unwell, muz b due to sleeping late last nite. Stomach also not feeling well before my 2nd day of roll off. However, luckily it didn't affect me and i end up 3rd overall after bowl a 203.75 avr today. It is really shocking tt i performed betta at victors den pocket, but nonetheless i am oso not tt satisfied wif my sparing today once again. I missed 2 single pin spares and my timing is still not gd enuff. Now i will have to wait for my CATS system day and i hope i can pass it so as to shut the coaches' mouth up for looking down on me.
I finally bot my Ipod Video after so long today. I traded in my Ipod Mini for onli $70 as mine is not in a gd condition and my earfone is spoiled haha. Disappointed
Although i m 5th overall for today, it is quite disappointing as i keep hitting low games to pull my high games down and i onli managed aa 200avr flat. I missed too many simple spares and i m juz not able to b fully focused and also not accurate enuff. I guess its due to my change of timing and i m not used to it, but tt should not b an excuse. I hope i will b fully focused for my game tmr and climb to the top of the table. Scores r not high and i m confident wif determination and peserverance, i will achieve tt.
After my roll off, wenta Seletar Country Club meet david, steph and leonard. Supposed to study, but end up slacking cos i kept tiking abt my poor performance at the roll off. In the end, i only study 1 chapter of physics and went to karaoke whr i sang yanzi's 了解 and 爱情字典. The ktv thr is only 1 big rm whr u dedicate a song and u sing in front of every1 haha. At tt time when we were thr, not much ppl were present thr so we juz sang 4 fun. The sound system is not tt bad but i kept laughing when i sing cos i feel so paiseh even wif little ppl in the hse. i hav to go train my guts haha. Is thr a way? lol. After tt we go steph hse play mj whr i played the biggest gamble ever in my life of $0.50-$1. Lucky, david bro and i were heng and we each won $56 and $50 respectively.

National Selections Begins...........
Its just another day tt i hav chosen to pon sch haha. 1st thing i did today when i woke up at 10 am was to go to toa payoh to get my deluxe version of Stefanie Sun's new album. It cost me $55.95, but it is worth the money as the album is a meaningful compilation of her 6 yrs at warner.
It was another maths tuition day at 7pm and den it was time to return home to rest for selection tmr. I duno y i m always feeling nervous lately whenever i hav a competition the next day, m i doubting my own abilities and hav no confident to bowl well? I really duno, like now i cannot get to sleep and thus decided to add in an entry before zzz. My aim is to get at least a 210 avr and finish top 5 for this selection. I will just try my very very best and not tik abt it, i shall end here and hav a gd rest b4 tmr.

Never Ending Journey
Life is getting from bad to worse. Countdown to A lvl is closer by the day and i m not fully prepared. Yest was another sian day when i go sch to attend onli 1 lesson and spent the rest of the time in the library wif people like david, steph, leonard, victoria. studying really makes 1 realise how much he duno haha. after studying till 4, went home to rest a while b4 proceeding to maths tuition.
I was damn tired dis morning and i chose to skip sch. :) slack the whole morning and did a it of physics before going for training at SPGG. I m glad my bowling is still ok after not bowling since sunday. My timing is getting betta and now i m more or less prepared for dis weekend roll off. i hav decided to bowl at pocket bowl 1st and i hope i can bowl real well on 1st day so tt i can relax on day 2 at victors. Heard tt after roll off top 30 will b entering a rd of CATS system and top 10 will b taken. Actual details is not confirmed yet though. I jus hav to concentrate and bowl my best to finish off as close to the top as possible. after training rushed down for physics tuition.
Most imptly, Stefanie Sun's deluxe edition album was released today surprisingly and i have not gotten my copy yet. It was supposed to b tmr and i do not know how come they release it a day earlier, tmr i gonna go get mine b4 this limited edition album is sold out. ok "Thats all".

Release of Stefanie Sun's album
Finally, Stefanie Sun compilation album has been released. However, it is onli the 2 cds version which consists of 36 songs at the cost of $18.95. The deluxe version which will be around $50 is expected to b available dis friday onwards. Tt version will hav 61 songs and a dvd.
I shall do a review on the past wk. On monday, went for training finally at OCC where aloy shot a 300, didn't noe straight ball can bowl perfect game 1 leh lol. Den, on thursday I went for training wif ny at SPGG under Uncle Henry, bowl until my thumb bleed and still haven recover. It was fun though having to bowl wif spinners at last haha. Friday was South Zone Colours award ceremony, 12 of our bowlers has been awarded an award each. It is definitely a blessing for Saintsbowling. These are the pictures:

After tt, went for mahjong session wif david, aloy and gerald at SICC where stupid aloy won $90 from us la. Den saturday was a studying session plus a little bowling at seletar wif leonard, david, steph, mich, vic(who arrives like how "early") haha. after tt, vic, candra n me went to sing kbox. as usual, david is singing jacky cheung songs and me wif stefanie sun's numbers. vic is quite random ranging from act cute m2m to bimbolic britney. haha. she really sound like m2m who sounds damn screechy. lol sunday was a packed day wif tuition in the morning as well as evening. In the afternoon, i had club competition where i hit a 9 in a row but left pin 8 standing on the 10 frame and i finished wif a 279. I was bowling how lousy b4 tt la, even after a 279 I still haven hit a 200 avr. Then, i witness a 2nd perfect game within a wk when marc de vries posted 12 strikes in a row and ended wif a 234 avr. SSC lanes r getting too ez la, can they pls do something to revive spinners? haha
Yest was iris's glenn's birthday and we gave him a surprise at his house. I bet we scare the shit out of him when we hide at his balcony haha. He is how unlucky to hav his face smash onto a cake designed by Mr. Paul Chua, get tau pok as well as drinking a small bowl of wasabi sauce eeeeew. But he also got a new ipod nano that we shared for him. The rsults of Singapore Idol was announced and it turned out to b................... Hady Mirza who is yet another malay SI. oops. Leonard says probably next SI would b a Mohammmad? haha. Who knows? Bet some thicked skin people will b tempted to give a shot at the next SI audition and b another William Hung. haha
Today was a gd day as i FINALLY bot Stefanie Sun's album haha. i slack a lot today, i better start mugging real hard from tmr onwards. 4 days time would b the national selections and i hope i will b able to make it. Tmr is yet another boring day at school and tuition at night. I really hope all this end soon b4 i break down. Haizzzzzzzz.....

1st entry
this is my 1st entry to my personal blog and its very sad that i hav to bitch abt someting on my very 1st entry.
i shall start wif good stuff 1st which is about chinese pop singing princess, stefanie sun, had her new song, 雨天, played on Yes 93.3 at about 11am today, which explains why many areas in Singapore rain so heavily around that time. she will b releasing her compilation album titled, My Story Your Song, on the 22nd Sept which is this friday. this album consists of 2 new unreleased tracks as well as 60 classics from her previous 9 albums. it will cost ard $39.90 and i hope evry1 would purchase a copy of it haha. this album is to mark her ending career at warner music as she has signed wif emi capitol on the 17th Sept whr she would b joining jolin tsai.

ok enuff of my gd news, now its time to switch to the bad one. i am not selected to b seeded into next yr national youth sqd and i would hav to attend the roll off which is on the 30 Sept and 1 Oct. i have not been training la and nid to study for my a's lo. its not as if i am not bowling well dis yr, i tik i wasn't chosen cos of my poor attendance at training. but can those coaches understand tt we have our studies as our priority. i m not scared i dun qualify thru roll off but its juz i dun wan to waste time training for it for these 2 wks. they go seed those ppl who do not hav exams and those having o's and a's dis yr all hav to attend the roll off. sometimes i juz hav to say tt some of the ppl tt r seeded r those who the coaches feel they would not b able to qualify thru the roll off lo. i m really disappointed tt i m not chosen as i dun tik my skills lvl fall below those seeded. putting roll off time at this time of the yr is also very ridiculous as its too early to conduct a roll off for next yr. no matter wat i juz hav to attend the roll off and i hope i will do well. ok i shall stop here 4 this entry.
